Because many of our items are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for customer-entered spelling errors.
